Sometimes it is easy to be kind. When we are sick or tired or dealing with a person we think is difficult, it can be hard. Still, we can choose to be kind. Here are a few ideas for ways we can increase our ability to choose to be kind when it is not easy:
- Start with one person you would like to be kinder to and do one act of kindness
- Identify one thing you can complain about less often and set a goal to do so.
- Find a friend to help you with your goal to develop your kindness muscles.
